  You serve people in the drive through quicker than people going to the counter, understaffed and rude. I live in Embrun and I really wish I didn't have to say that Casselman's Timmies gets it. Maybe new owners or Management are needed ,what ever the case is that gives you the excuse to serve poorly, my family won't be back anytime soon.
